Jonathan Kennedy is the Director of Land & Development at Kingsbridge. He joined Kingsbridge in 2010 after a four year spell at Knight Frank where he was Associate Partner. Jonathan has worked with clients including The National Trust, BUPA, Countryside, Taylor Wimpey, Persimmon Homes and Miller homes as a well as a host of private land clients. At Kingsbridge, Jonathan acts for land traders, house builders’ and developers to dispose and acquire sites with development potential across the UK. In addition as a result of the synergy between the areas, Jonathan also has a track record in residential investments.
